Actually, it's probably an Elm problem. CS-UNC had a similar problem (my boyfriend uses elm, and he had this happen). Since Elm hasn't really been developed in a few years, well, anything could happen. Someone in the tech support at UNC's Cs department found Elm <I forget the version> PL2.5, installed it, and it fixed the 100 problem.
