Have you read the Ethernet HOWTO (specifically section 3.2)? http://mirrors.highrise.ca/LDP/HOWTO/Ethernet-HOWTO-3.html#ss3.2 You're on the right track with finding the settings. But you might have sucess simply by trying to load the proper module without knowing the io and irq. It depends on the card/module. Have a look at the howto and your /etc/conf.modules file to make sure your system is at least trying to get the second card going. If it is then you should see the module corresponding to your ISA card report "something" on boot. If it can't find the card then it's time to hunt down the settings.
