If the flatscreen comes with its own graphics card, it'll only work on one of the
following conditions:
a) There is a linux compatible driver (XFree86, etc) for it
b) It emulates another graphics card for which there is already a linux driver
If the flatscreen plugs into your existing graphics card, the only issues are the
horizontal & vertical frequency ranges it supports (can't remember the correct
technical names right now). If you can find those out, n worries. Most of the OS
compatibility issues are in the graphics card.
