Looking back at the thread on MATE 24.04 LTS qualification:

First, as expected for an LTS flavor, there are multiple contacts
(flexiondotorg, in cc; popey; franksmcb).  Was an effort made to reach out
to all three of them?

Second, not all of the contacts have public email addresses in Launchpad,
and the TB members who voted to approve MATE for 24.04 LTS don't appear to
have required email address information as part of the qualification - I've
cc:ed Martin and Alan here but don't have an email address for Bill...
