Also, I don't think ubuntu-kernel-dkms-uploaders is the proper owner for the packageset, all other packagesets are owned by either the DMB or ~ubuntu-archive. I don't think we want the members of ubuntu-kernel-dkms-uploaders to decide for themselves which packages they are allowed to upload.
