Given that I have not heard back from anyone on the TB requesting that
they step down, and because I was not feeling very well due to sleep
deprivation yesterday, I have extended the Technical Board's rights
through the end of the year.

The current Technical Board members' memberships and roles expire on
November 21, 2020. The Community Council today in our meeting has
agreed to extend the existing Technical Board members on the TB's
rights and tenure until December 31, 2020, in order to allow for time
for the ongoing process of getting a new TB vote up and running.
I will be applying the extension to the rights on November 20, 2020 at
approximately 23:00 UTC. If anyone currently on the Technical Board
as a result of the last extension wishes to step down or resign,
please let me know (and CC the Community Council) and I will not

Otherwise, your rights and access will be extended until the end of
the year, pending the running of a new election for the Technical Board.
