Hi,I'm just wondering what the current state of BFD - Bi-directional Forwarding Detection (RFC 5880 / 5881) - is?
There was a lot of "noise" (sorry for the bad wording) about it between 2016 and 2018/2019 and several commits too as phessler@ was talking about and working on it. Currently it is still disconnected from build and it is really quite about it the last years.
I was hoping to see support for BFD in bgpd(8) sooner or later as this is one thing I'm really missing.
Now that claudio@ is heavily working on flowspec for bgpd(8) it may be the right time to raise this up again?
Can anyone with deeper knowledge and insight sched some light on this please?
