Indeed the shlib version bump doesn't seem needed, no export changes and
no changes in public headers.

Given the ABI compatibility I also copied the resulting
libpixman-1.so.38.4 over libpixman-1.so.36.0 so that I wouldn't need to
rebuild all consumers in xenocara and ports.  No visible regression on
my x230.
