morning. i'm afraid i think this reads quite poorly - it is hard to actually understand what is meant. here's the thing - someone has already written the text. if we want to change the author's text, i think we need to demonstrate that their text is wrong, inaccurate, or somehow misleading. so far, i don;t believe anyone has done this. so i am reluctant to change the author's words. in the case of your original submission - the detail about seconds - i am happy to change things. because there was relevant information missing. i think we are wasting time fixing nothing. can't we just add "in seconds" and get on with it? jmc
