OpenBSD's boot(8) already supports multi-boot (chainloading PBR), see the "machine boot" command, note that this is different from "boot". http://man.openbsd.org/man8/amd64/boot.8#COMMANDS There's no support for this in efiboot, but with that you can instead use an UEFI shell, or some other EFI loader, like rEFInd. -Bryan.
