Hi,
There was some discussion last year[1] regarding abuse of Aq macros
in mdoc where plain characters or other macros (eg, "In") would be
more appropriate. Here are some additional places where I believe
replacing Aq would make sense.

Notes:
 - spamd-setup(8) is referring to pf tables. syslogd(8) and tcpdump(8)
use Aq to format program I/O examples. None of these instances use
   mathematical unicode symbols in practice.
 - sysctl(8) mentions header files and tries to format them like C
#includes. In the context of this command line utility, you
wouldn't be including them, but the formatting close enough that I
   think .In was intended.
 - mk.conf(5) mentions the behaviour when including bsd.own.mk. It's not
a C header, but again it has similar formatting so it changed to .In.
