Update due to Chacha20_Poly1305_* function name changes.

Please note that this includes a slight adjustment to the
second (data, not AAD) Chacha20_Poly1305_Update loop:
I have removed a copy of leftover bytes into a temporary
buffer to simulate the same loop in cryptosoft driver
more closely, i.e. supply data in 64 byte (Chacha20 block
size) chunks until the last block which is provided with
a non-padded length.
