There is some ACPI feature in the 3560's BIOS which I could deactivate
to make the machine start through. Unfortunatly don't remember exactly
which feature it was, CPU states or ACPI C5 states or something like
that. My machine is actually packaged in the basement due to move, but
you may want to play around in the BIOS on your own and see if you can
figure it out.

Press any key to reboot.
I have also tried amd64 arch. but it is not detecting SAS based RAID
Driver. That why server HDD is not detected.
Please paste the full dmesg, up to the panic.

If you try an amd64 -current snapshot, are the disks detected?
Can you install to a USB stick and get a dmesg / pcidump / acpidump for
amd64?
Yes in amd64 -current snapshot disks are detected. and installation
complete successfully. But its get freeze while booting, and booting is
not completed. Here the last message where the Operating system get
freeze.
