The Dell XPS 13 Developer Edition comes with Ubuntu.

It looks like there are a couple of outfits that sell an off the shelf laptop
with Linux pre-installed.  Based on what they offer you may be able to find
the same system cheaper with Windows on it and install it yourself.

I have also seen people discussing converting a chromebook to linux.

Personally I have run linux quite happily on ThinkPad T60 and R60 as well as
