I'm going to ignore the go-away-ness of this question and just answer the
question as if it were a legitimately asked question for the purpose of getting
an answer.

Until there is browser integration, there must be a transition period, which
means Javascript comes first. During one of my presentations, people from
google and mozilla approached me afterward and expressed interest and gave me
contact info for their browser developer team leads, but we don't have enough
human power to do everything at once, so we're refining the documentation and
design, focusing on C# and JS. We have a drupal core developer contributing,
and the result will not be specific to drupal.
