I'm not the original poster and I'm not after enterprise password
management. I *am* mentioning (a) conflict between portability and
integration (b) conflict between security and usability, especially in the
context of X11. (I suspect a lot of people copy/paste passwords without
thinking about what else might be monitoring the selection, especially in a
desktop environment.)
