Unfortunately they do not make 10GBase-T SPF+ modules. The power requirement exceeds the SFP+ specs.

I was looking at getting SFP+ 10G switches and using the twinaxial cabling for in-rack networking. Then LACP a few ports and do fiber out of the cabinet.

(Yes, you will need to buy new NICs for the 12 servers. They are not that expensive... anymore...)
