We want to restrict the hypervisor choice to either (straight-ahead) KVM/libvirt, or VMware, because that is where our knowledge base lies. I hear Xen is good, but really don't want to introduce yet another hypervisor technology into the mix. Same with Proxmox VE (not wanting to use OpenVZ.)
