I ran across this post from a writer about what he is looking for in a writers
organization (specifically dealing with the flap happening in the Science
Fiction Writers of America group right now), and I though that several things he
says here make sense for us to think about. I don't think there's anything new
here, but it may be presented in ways that get people to think. (and we don't
have the political views problem that SFWA has)
