I have used PhotoShop Pro for this but since we upgraded to Windows 7 I lost that program. I routinely need to convert jpg images to pcx files. (My Legacy system uses that format in our reports). I have tried to use Gimp to convert these but the images are coming out screwed up (looked like dotted lines) and with a black background although they look perfect on the screen.
Paint doesn't save in pcx format. Does anyone have any suggestions. I searched on Sourceforge but have not found anything that will handle it. It can be Windows or Ubuntu. Thanks for any pointers. -- John J. Boris, Sr. Online Services www.onlinesvc.com
