Thanks, I hadn't thought of that. So far, I've just configured rsnapshot to at least start keeping snapshot backups of the directory ... It's a step in the right direction, but not quite what I want yet. I'm going to talk with the rsnapshot guys about implementing a "versioning" argument or implementation. We'll see how it goes. God knows, whenever I've talked to the svn folks about any sort of change in svn, they're... (politically correct, I'll say)... Unwelcoming.
