Thanks, I hadn't thought of that.

So far, I've just configured rsnapshot to at least start keeping snapshot 
backups of the directory ... It's a step in the right direction, but not quite 
what I want yet.  I'm going to talk with the rsnapshot guys about implementing 
a "versioning" argument or implementation.  We'll see how it goes.  God knows, 
whenever I've talked to the svn folks about any sort of change in svn, 
they're...  (politically correct, I'll say)...  Unwelcoming.  Hopefully the 
rsnapshot guys will be more supportive.
