Are you looking for general strategy or specific technologies? For general, the visible ops guys have put out this guy: http://www.itpi.org/?page=Visible_Ops_P_Cloud (note different offers from the original Visible Ops, but it's been pretty good so far). As for specific technologies, Scale10X have a lot of good sessions about each of the open source technologies.
