For commercial, the best I can recommend at this time is the D-Link DIR-655.

I've heard Apple's AEBS is the best of commercially supported gear but its price point makes me blanch. dd-wrt is great from what I hear but I honestly lost interest in homebrewing stuff years ago even though more than technically capable of it.
