Yes, dd-wrt lets you do this on most routers; I had three external IPs coming 
into one
box at one point.

This can be a challenge with Linksys routers; they will sometimes change the
chipset and will not change the model number; there'll be a "version number"
that bumps but isn't discernable on the outside of the box.  Ordering online
can be a real roulette wheel.

Asus makes routers that I use at work that are certified to support dd-wrt; 
they're reasonably priced and perform all right, though they are a touch less
power efficient and don't last as long.
