Do you have any experience with any company's worldwide support?  If
so, which ones in which countries?  My understanding is that details
and quality can differ dramatically from country-to-country.  In some
cases, for example, you can't purchase the machine from the US, you
must purchase it from the in-country subsidiary, who has no connection
to it's US counterpart, etc.
