I have had great success with Ubiquiti products (http://www.ubnt.com)
running OpenWRT. They are wifi only but are cheap and OpenWRT is a
pretty capable Linux distro. The APs can be had for around $40 per
unit so they are inexpensive. However the lack of bluetooth might be a
deal breaker.

You may want to look in them. I could not be happier with our setup.
