Joerg promised to suggest a patch for this issue instead. Just to make sure I don't lose track: this was triggered by the "Enable CHECK_FORK_PTHREAD on FreeBSD" discussions for Mozilla's NSS library (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1335284). When we have fixed it, we should enable that optimization for NetBSD as well. Martin
