we do have syzkaller doing this (at least, we usually do.)
It's a shame that such useful functionality is not enabled by default at least
when the daily test runs are executed.

Ok I assume that you refer to https://syzkaller.appspot.com/netbsd
According to
https://blog.netbsd.org/tnf/entry/enhancing_syzkaller_support_for_netbsd
it is probably only for amd64.
