Intel 82801H SATA interrupt issues

Hello

Is anyone inspired by ern/58649: Intel 82801H SATA interrupt bug on 
NetBSD 10.0? I am puzzled by the fact it works fine on netbsd-9, 
and the IDE changes between netbsd-9 and netbsd-10 are quite small.
