Ahh, sweet Thunderbird. I wish. Unfortunately outlook has a cheesy wizard. I can only pick "Where messages are sent to" and then enter an address, I can't choose a to or CC field, and you know what, I bet that is the problem, outlook is checking only the To field and not the CC!
