There are a number of options for you, but I think the easiest one will end being the AjaxEventSubmit component to wire your selection component change event to submitting the form. (there is also a new parameter called "submitNormal" on the AjaxEventSubmit component that will allow you to submit the form through normal IO instead of ajax, this will be available in the new release coming out any minute).
