Hi Scott,

Well, that's a lot of changes for such a trivial thing.
Given that component A includes component B includes component C.

I only want to change C. It seems that I have to create my own B that
includes my own C and then of course I have to modify A to include my new
B. If this containment hierarchy is very deep you'll have to change them
all - right?

Thanks, I created one: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-889
Does every issue get at least attention? I am asking because entering such
an issue into mozilla's bugzilla for example is mostly pointless, as
entries linger around there for years sometimes... or am I better off
trying to build tapestry myself and to change it to my needs?

Yeah, every framework has got its own definition. I personally associate
dynamic configuration with component frameworks that's why I am asking
here about this.
