iframes are like so medieval. Tapestry is a component base framework, designed to reuse components and content, while increasing maximum application dynamics.
iframs are like so last cnetury. ^_^. personally i think it would be easier to set up a nice simple border, that contains a bottom and top component. you really should make all of your subpages components, then when you click a link in the top component the page cycles and refresh and changes out the bottom component, working the same as an iframe. unless you are loading another page from a different site.
