Issue of display text on UI

Hi all,
    There is an issue about display the a String on the UI,the component I
used was "@Insert" and "@InsertText".
    If there were few blanks in the String,for example "4444    66
3",Tapestry will omit a few blanks of the String.He just display it as "4444
66 3".I do not kown why?
    Please kindly tell how to solve it if any one who kowns.
