1) Are you interested in contract workers, or full-time only? 2) Would you consider off site candidates? (CT) 3) Would you be interested in a full team, consisting of two tech leads (full or part time) and anywhere from 2-10 highly qualified offshore (Ukraine) resources? I work with a team that does outsourced development - I'm a tech lead, and my development team is offshore. We currently do development in a technical environment similar to yours (Tapestry/MySQL). We also have experience with AJAX-style applications. I'm also a sports nut (mostly MLB and NFL -- though my Red Sox are stressing me out right now) - so this opportunity does excite me quite a bit.
