Yeah, I'm totally baffled. The only things I can think of are that maybe you're not on ant 1.6.2, or else your build.properties does not point to the correct hivebuild directory? Even then, you shouldn't be seeing an error like the one you're seeing. If you want, you can send me a tarball of your hivemind and tapestry directories and I'll give it a shot on my Mac when I get home...
