tapestry(4.0) Workbench TREE and TABLE ERROR

Hello 

I find the Workbench(Tapestry4.0)'s Tree and Table example all cannot 
normally work.
And find the codes of the Tree and Table are still Tapestry 3.0 style.
Doesn't the Workbench example of the Tree and Table still fine?
