Read the message. /hibernate.cfg.xml means that that it cannot be found in
the root directory of your classpath. Put it there and it should work ...
If you are on eclipse this is usually the "src" folder.

I also copied the jars from Hibernate21/lib to tomcat shared/lib
I now also get
/hibernate.cfg.xml not found
Where should this file reside?
