I agree! I think he isn't trying the 4 buttons two on either side of the
arrow pad one above the other being one of them is Menu and can not be
changed. I believe that is the top left one right beside the left arrow and
not on the left edge of the phone; being that is SoftKey1.

there is always a D4 menu key which cannot be changed.I do not understand
therefore how you have changed it.
