If you have version 5.x on your phone, you do not need any help. You do not need to update Eloquence just the Talks file. So just install it and follow the on screen instruction. When Talks starts installing is when you will loose speech. At that point give it anyware from 30 seconds to 3 minutes to install. talks will come back up talking. Then turn off and on the phone.
