Yes Jim! Install PC Suite first. When it is done, more then likely you will
be prompted at that point to plug in your phone. Don't plug it in before
the install is done.

The 7.x version of PC Suite should work. They will have the Nokia firmware
updater included as part of it. If it happens to have an outdated version
of
the Nokia firmware updater, it will update itself the first time you use
it.
So there isn't any reason to install the firmware udpater from PC Suite.
That was only needed for the 6.x version of PC Suite.
Keep in mind, when using the Nokia Firmware udpater; You will need to use
the OCR functions of JAWS in order to interact with the screens.
