Nope there isn't a way to get it to tell you the type of phone number you are dialing. This isn't on the screen. You could always use the call log to edit the phone number to see what number was dialed if you are selecting it from the log program. If you are selecting it from the contacts! Then you already know what number it is as far as business, Home etc... If you are manually dialing it, then again I would think you would know what number you are manually dialing.
