Hello Steve and thank you for replying: In fact, I installed the Whatsapp application in the Mass Memory when the problem showed up. I have always have Whatsapp installed there. You probably also need to install the latest version of Talks being you said you have version 5.31.4 installed. The latest version of Talks is version 5.50.3.
