I agree Denise it is a super phone and the keypad is excellent. I regret
that I am having problems with e-mail, cannot read the e-mails any more and
even before that could not click on links in e-mails. I would have thought
we should have been able to flash the memory back to Anna but guess not.
Unfortunately the little button on the side of mine for locking and
unlocking the keypad has gone inside. I love the sound quality too if I
download apodcast on to it. I have an E5 and there is so much hiss when I
download podcasts on to it. It was of course half the price.
