Hi does anyone know how the announcement of a caller works on the e6. it doesn't have the audomation tab as the 2nd and 3nd phones do. so there's no anounce caller name and repeat caller name which the anouncement of a call waiting caller is tied to. Denise

Now to your question, Highlight the contact, double tap on it and then you have to locate soft key 3 on the bottom of your screen and tap it. This is the edid key. If your Talks is working correctly and you listen you should hear Talks say the function of all the soft keys.
