[Talks] Using Letter Keys on the Nokia E6

Hi, Folks.  Am getting accustomed to my new E6.  How do I change the 
keyboard to all letters then back with the middle part being the 
phone's dial pad?  Also, how do I generate uppercase letters?  Thanks much.
