Your best bet would be to contact a Talks dealer and see if they can answer your license question. If you feel ok with it you can also ask on list being there are a lot of long time Talks users and one of them may be able to answer your license question for Talks beings we've gotten new phones, transfer and the like, added more voices to our existing license, changed between a phone based license and a Sim based one. So if you give the list a try, someone may be able to answer your question. For pricing, you want to check with your dealer.
