You will not find any buttons phones that will use the LTE 3.5G network. Yes
I said 3.5G being no network in the USA is truely 4G. AT&T calls it that!
But if you look at the internet of what 4G is, AT&T doesn't come close to
it. In there case they are meaning it is the 4th version of hardware for
there network only.
Some of the later touch screen phones will be able to use there LTE 3.5G
network as far as the bands they have set aside for it. However in saying
that, all the older phones will also work on the AT&T network just that you
will not be able to use the LTE 3.5G bands. Unless you are needing a lot of
data, I wouldn't worry about it and wouldn't bother. I still use my N95-3
mainly in GSM mode and don't even bother with UMTS 3G being I don't use much
data and what I may use data for is just EMail. Even if I stream any radio!
I may switch the phone to UMTS and that is just fine for that. Same goes for
any GPS requirements as well. So like I said LTE really isn't needed unless
you are trying to stream a movy or something like that on your phone. Then I
would use WiFi but more then likely I wouldn't even do that to start with.
After all, I use it as a phone.

Hardware eventually fails, software eventually works.
No amount of bandwidth can fix poor design.
