Hi I need to clear my nokia c5 off, I want to keep the messages, I think there are errors on the phone, the phone is almost full, how can I transfer the messages which are in folders from my phone to an usb thumb drive? I have backed up the phone using nokia pc suit but am not sure if that is working properly. How can I fix the errors?
