Remember that the square button to which you refer has three positions, up,
down and left. It is the down position to answer your call. I have replied
to you off list also, been out all day was not ignoring your questions.

Sounds like a stupid question but when it is ringing, I pick up the phone
and press the lefthand square button, above the keyboard and it seems to
hang up the call rather than answer it.
